1.       To be eligible for the Tipping Point Summer Spritz Bundle (the “Promotion”), you must:

-        - be a resident of New Zealand and over the age of 18 years; and

-       -  purchase one full case (i.e., six 750ml bottles) of Tipping Point Prosecco in a single transaction via the www.tippingpointwines.co.nz website during the Promotion Period.

 

2.       By participating in the Promotion, you fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Promotion Terms”) and acknowledge that the decisions of the Promoter on all matters relating to the Promotion are final and binding, and that no correspondence will be entered into.

 

3.       The “Promoter” is Constellation Brands New Zealand Limited (New Zealand Company No: 250695) of 6/46 Maki Street, Westgate, Auckland 0814. While Campari New Zealand Limited has supplied the Promoter with the Aperol product for this Promotion, the Promotion is in no way  sponsored or administered by, or associated with, Campari New Zealand Limited.

 

4.       The “Promotion Period” commences on 17.10.2025 at 12pm (local time in NZ) and concludes on the earlier of 16.11.2025 at 11.59pm (local time in NZ) or the date upon which the allocation of product comprising the Bundle is exhausted, at which time the promotion will be removed from the www.tippingpointwines.co.nz website.

 

5.       The Tipping Point Summer Spritz Bundle (“Bundle”) includes six (6) 750ml bottles of Tipping Point Prosecco and one (1) 700ml bottle of Aperol.

 

6.       The Bundle will be shipped directly to the residential address that you provide when you place your order via the www.tippingpointwines.co.nz website in accordance with our Shipping & Returns Policy – see https://tippingpointwines.co.nz/pages/shipping-returns. 

 

7.       No deliveries will be made to PO Boxes or addresses outside of New Zealand.  Delivery of the products that make up the Bundle may be fulfilled in two separate shipments. 

 

8.       By participating in the Promotion, you consent to the Promoter providing your personal information to third party agents and delivery providers for the purposes of processing your order and arranging delivery of the Bundle to you. The Promoter will use and handle your personal information as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at https://www.cbrands.com/pages/privacy-notice.

 

9.       All valid purchases made in accordance with these Promotion Terms will be honoured unless they involve fraud or ineligibility.  The Promoter reserves the right to validate eligibility of purchases, including the right to verify that the purchaser is over the age of 18.

 

10.   Nothing in these Promotion Terms limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (Non-Excludable Guarantees).

 

11.   Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (and its associated agencies and companies and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents) is not liable to any person for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever, including (without limitation) personal injury or property damage, suffered as a result of or arising from any person participating in the Promotion.

 

12.   Any cancellation, suspension or modification to the Promotion will be notified via the website: www.tippingpointwines.co.nz.

 

13.   If all or any part of any term or condition contained in these Promotion Terms shall be declared or become unenforceable, invalid or illegal for any reason, such term or provision (or part thereof) shall be deemed severed from these Promotion Terms to the extent of the unenforceability, invalidity or illegality and the other terms and conditions hereof shall remain in full force and effect as if the offending term or provision (or part thereof) had not been inserted herein.

 

14.  The Promotion, these Promotion Terms and all matters arising in relation to the same will be governed by the laws of New Zealand.
